We try to offer free delivery on as many items as we can - all of our dispatched orders will be sent via a trackable service to allow you to monitor the progress. We use a variety of courier services, such as Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, FedEx, parcel Force and Hermes. We will always seek to use the one that fits best for the order at hand.
Please be sure to check item specific descriptions - some of our items have longer production times to get them out to you. Our longer items can take up to three weeks, and this is unfortunately part of the process and cannot be shortened.
Our average dispatch times are within 1-3 days from you placing the order. We do keep a constant assessment of stock used across all of our products - however occasionally we do find ourselves out of stock on some items - if this impacts your order, we will reach out as soon as possible to keep you in the loop about issues or delays.
Mainland UK Shipping.
All mainland UK dispatched orders are sent fully trackable, for transparency and peace of mind for both us and yourselves. Please keep in mind that our orders do usually require a signature for delivery, though most UK delivery services are happy to redeliver if they miss you first time round.
European, USA & Rest of world shipping.
Should you reside in a country outside of the UK, the tracking number you receive will allow you to keep tabs on your order to the point that it reaches the international airport or docks. From there, our delivery services will have a “Continue Tracking” option on their site (wording and location will vary). This will hand you over to the new recipient of the parcel, and you can continue monitoring from there.
We can, if you wish, upgrade your shipping but this will come at an additional cost to yourself. Please contact us if you wish to arrange this.
Quicker turnarounds can only be assessed if you contact us before placing the order - Some items and production times are not adjustable, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please reach out to discuss any queries you have.
